Questions

Does it work on a phone?
Yes. MoldDesk is a web app: it installs to the home screen on iPhone and Android and runs in the browser on a laptop. There is no app store download and nothing to keep updated.
Can I use it offline?
In the field, yes. Report fields, photos and dictation queue on the phone when there is no signal and send themselves when it comes back. Finalizing the PDF needs a connection.
How do clients get the report?
You send them a link by email. It opens the finalized PDF in the browser. If you require payment first, the client sees the invoice instead and the report unlocks the moment it is paid.
Do you take a cut of client payments?
No. Client payments go through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). MoldDesk adds no platform fee; only Stripe’s card processing fee applies.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Admins download contacts, reports and invoices as CSV from Settings → Data at any time, and every finalized report PDF is yours to keep.
Is there an annual plan?
No. MoldDesk is billed monthly per seat, prorated when your team changes, after a 10-day free trial with no card. Cancel anytime.
